			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: Justify;">Europe &amp; Asia Commercial Company Limited was formed in Mandalay in June of 1994, and carried on the Business of Trading, Import &amp; Export. Initially, Detergents, Dry Cell Batteries and Soft Drinks were imported from People’s Republic of China and distributed in the Local Market.<br />
In 1996, in conformity with the changing market Oriented Economy System, to produce commodities with the replacement of import substitution, a detergent re-packing factory was put up at Pyi Gyi Ta Gun township, Mandalay, in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down by the respective department.<br />
Europe &amp; Asia Commercial Company vying for progress, In line with the changing the industrial policy of the state. In 1998, Asia Tamarind Juice Factory has been formed and distributed variety of Juices with the brand name of Asia in the local market. In 1999 evolved from Detergent re-packing state to manufacture finished products from Raw Material using modern know-how and has successfully produced &amp; distributed with the brand names of Rose, Phwe, Yilan, E-Lan, E-Co, Win &amp; E-Zee.<br />
With a view to efficiently manage the company operations, High Energy Co., Ltd and E-Lan Co., Ltd were formed under the management of Europe &amp; Asia Commercial Company Limited.<br />
A new dry cell battery factory has been setup under the name of “POWER” at Mandalay by High Energy Co., Ltd. in the year 2000 and has been producing dry cell batteries with brand names of 999, POWER and Flash. In the year 2001, E-Lan Soap factory was setup by E-Lan Co., Ltd. &amp; has been producing toilet soaps with brand names of Rose Beauty Soap, Misss Beauty Soap and Sandal Sandalwood Soap.<br />
Furthermore, Europe &amp; Asia Commercial Company Limited has expanding its production activities; Shampoo Factory has been setup in 2002 &amp; producing Shampoo with the brand names of Misss, Relax and O2.<br />
Europe &amp; Asia Commercial Company Limited has worked in harmony with the states Economic Policies &amp; has been able to contribute towards to produce goods with replacement of import substitution. The development of the utilization of the local human resources have come about and reasonable job opportunities for the Local Work Force have been created.</p>
